Level Measurement

Non-contacting Radar - The Micropilot M is used for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes, and slurries. The measurement is not affected by changing media, temperature changes, gas blankets or vapours. The FMR230 is especially suited for measurement in buffer and process tanks. The Micropilot S is used for highly accurate level measurement in storage tanks and can be applied in custody transfer applications.

Flow Measurement

High-Performance Instruments for Measuring the Flow Rate of Liquid, Gas and Steam

Vortex Meters  -- The Prowirl Series provide safety and dependability in the process and in utility systems. These are proven and robust sensors that withstand high pressures, temperatures and corrosive fluids. Accuracy: +/-0.75% of reading. (liquids); +/-1% of reading. (gas/steam).

Coriolis Mass Flow  -- The universal and multivariable flowmeter for liquids and gases. The Promass sensors covers a very wide range of requirements. The choice of materials, process connections, hygienic versions, accessories etc. is correspondingly broad. Accuracy: typically +/-0.1% of reading (mass flow, liquids).

Pressure Measurement

Absolute and Gauge Pressure Sensors  -- Cerabar S pressure transmitter  provides absolute pressure and gauge pressure in gases, steams or liquids in all areas of process engineering and process measurement technology. It comes with metal sensor, overload-resistant and function-monitored; communication via HART, PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus. Very good reproducibility and long-term stability. High reference accuracy: up to +/-0.075%, as PLATINUM version: +/-0.05%. Turn down 100:1, higher on request. Used for process pressure monitoring up to SIL3, certified according to IEC 61508 by TUV SUD.

Differential Pressure Sensors -- The Deltabar S differential pressure transmitter is used for flow measurement (volume or mass flow) in conjunction with primary elements in gases, vapours and liquids. Level, volume or mass measurement in liquids. Differential pressure monitoring, e.g. of filters and pumps.
