MICA offers a variety of support services to ensure the success of our clients' projects.

Application Specification Assistance

MICA will work with their clients to find the best solution for specific project requirements. MICA will also provide guidance where engineering and implementation services are required, either by working closely with our clients existing service providers or recommending an appropriate provider from our list of approved channel partners.

Product Technical Support

MICA will be your first line of technical support with any of the products represented. We can provide phone and site support (if necessary) to assist with any issue. MICA also has direct lines of communication to our manufactures allowing direct manufacturer support when needed.

Product Training

MICA can offer product specific training on all of the product lines we represent. We can arrange these sessions to be held locally in Calgary, at the factory, or at client facilities if required.

Product Migration Assistance

Regardless of existing measurement, control, HMI or process solutions currently installed, MICA can provide technical assistance on the best migration path from these platforms. If your operation has systems that are at end of life or is using obsolete technology, MICA can work with you to streamline automation upgrades by providing application conversion assistance.
