Process Burners

Zeeco's innovations in burner technology continue to set new standards in reliable performance and cleaner environmental practices.

Industrial burners are often classified based on their NOx emissions performance. Industrial burner classifications include conventional, low NOx, ultra-low NOx, and next-generation ultra-low NOx.

Refining

Zeeco has been producing the highest quality and most efficient industrial burners for the refining industry since its inception more than 40 years ago. Hundreds of refineries around the world have turned to Zeeco for the industry’s best available technology. From research, design, and manufacturing to start-up, training, and aftermarket support, our world-class combustion engineers deliver the highest quality solutions for the refining industry’s most stringent environmental and safety regulations.

Ethylene

Our focus on the whole combustion process is what makes Zeeco a world leader in combustion and environmental solutions. We take a more complete view of plant processes, interactions, and regulatory requirements to deliver the next-generation ultra-low emissions burners, smokeless flare systems, high-efficiency thermal oxidizers, and more for olefins plants around the world.

Choose a combustion company that understands your daily operating conditions and how the right equipment can solve challenges, save money, and keep your olefins plant and personnel safe day after day.

Reforming

Zeeco offers proven technology for reforming applications requiring a flat or round flame profile, low-NOx emissions, and low maintenance costs. Ideal for retrofit applications, our designs achieve superior heat flux profiles with better turndown and no flame rollover.

Depending on the industry, numerous burners may be required for a specific process. Likewise, depending on the furnace (vertical or cylindrical), different burner mountings, such as sidefired, upfired, or downfired, may be required to properly operate the furnace. Many of our burner designs can be configured for various mounting options.
